Colin Bennett: 16 weeks

How is it that our little man is going to be
FOUR MONTHS OLD this week?
Talk about time moving quickly...

Weight:  14 pounds is my guess! We have his four month check up (and second set of shots) on October 1st. Excited to see how much he's grown!
Health: C is back to his happy and healthy little self! Happy that our little man is over the hump of his first cold.

Social: This week was an uneventful week in the social department. C had his first trip to Annapolis but otherwise spent his time with Mommy and Daddy, which is just fine with us!
Sleep: Sleeping through the night in his sleep n' play. Hoping to transition him back to the crib soon- he looks so squished in his sleep n' play but he loves it, obviously!
He obviously does NOT look squished in Mommy and Daddy's bed
Diet: All Mommy's milk! I can officially say that I love being a breastfeeding Mama. My original goal was six months but at this point, I'm open to continue as long as it works for the both of us.

Clothes: C can still wear his three month onesies but not for long. He's in size 2 diapers and six month jammies and pants.

Baby Gear Love: His lovie ("the guy"), blankets and the monkey toy on his car seat. He's been playing and playing with the monkey! He is also learning to love tummy time a bit more.

Mommy is personally loving his fox jammies from Old Navy- how cute are these?

Crying: Only crying with a purpose: poopy, tired, hungry, wants to be held
Likes: Snuggling and being held, baths, talking to Mommy and Daddy, "bouncing" with Daddy

Dislikes: It seems like C is not liking getting dressed lately- the boy loves naked time.
Postpartum: Feeling great! Back on track with counting calories and working out this week- hope these 20 lbs come off!
Milestones:  This wasn't a big week in the milestone department for C.

Colin Bennett-
You are such a joy to be around. Mommy and Daddy love our time with you so much. You are laughing and smiling and interacting with us all the time and we can't get enough! We are so excited to see what each new day brings and what new thing you'll do that will make our hearts melt. Keep growing big and strong little one. We love you so much.

Love,
Mama and Daddy
